Issue: User has added custom logo but it is not visible in Org switch.
Root cause: This happens because custom logo is not available on Organisation switch hence even if an Admin tries to update a new logo from org switch it will not be visible.
This has been raised to Product team but this feature has not been picked up yet.
Workaround solution: There is no direct workaround to access portal with Org switch. Only solution is to create a separate user for other org & access portal from that user account.
