RCA: If the booking is failed due to any error and if the user wants to rebook, the user needs to post intent to book activity on the opportunity as shown in the below screenshot.
Correct Method:
In few cases, it is observed that the user is selecting the book now option in the edit form to re-book the failed booking, which is a wrong process.
