Check in problem in Leadsquared Mobile Application

ISSUECheck in feature not working in Leadsquared Mobile APP


TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:


1- Please ensure that  the Device GPS is ON and the Check-In feature is toggled ON/OFF in Web application.



2- Please verify whether the Mobile app user in excluded from Check in feature and also check the exceptions to the different role in the configuration as shown below.



3- Verify  LeadSquared App is given permission to access Location .


To enable permission for LS app.

Go to phone settings > All applications > Leadsquared > Permissions > Location


4- Check the Network connection is good or try to use Wifi while check in and check if issue persists


5 Please try to kill the app and check after restarting the device.
