Issue – Dialer autologout – Call back notifications
We first open the basic homepage of LSQ, where a Call button is available at the bottom of the page. Using this Call button, we log in to Ozonetel.
After logging in, we navigate to Carter and click on a new Opportunity. This action opens the Opportunity in a new browser tab.
When we switch back to the previous tab (where Ozonetel was logged in), the Ozonetel session gets logged out automatically.
Solution
We observed that the Enable App Tab option is currently disabled. This needs to be enabled in the New UI.

Once the App Tab is enabled:
Clicking on an Opportunity will open it within a tab inside the LeadSquared UI.
It will not open a new browser tab.
As a result, the Ozonetel session will remain active and will not get logged out.
