Activity Creation Error – WhatsApp

Issue: The status decsription for the activity creation error is as follows:

APIException.Platform.ActivityManagement.ProspectActivity.svc/Create: Unknown error: non 200 response code

Reason:
1)
The wrong activity is mapped in the Advanced Settings of the WhatsApp Connector in place of the required ‘ WhatsApp Message’ activity:

2) There is a custom activity called ‘WhatsApp Message’, the options in the ‘Status’ field of the activity should be as follows:
