Problem Statement – Customer is getting “At least one lead identifier field should be present in the form” error while saving opportunity pop up form.
Cx reported that this is an intermittent issue and its occurring for 1 in 20 pop – ups , this issue was not reproduceable through Support Access.
Solution – Disable “Show Only Relevant Opportunities Under a Lead to Sales User” option in advanced Configuration setting .
