Issue:
We send a notification email to customers when the connected Gravity Form has an error processing the data. That email just shows the missed lead data but do not show the name of the form.
Solution:
Ask customer to activte the attached plugin.
If it is activated, then the error message shows Entry ID. Using Entry ID customer can check the form.
Using Entry ID, you can check form ID.
Please go to Gravity form and go to Entries. Set the “Entry ID” -> Is -> enter that particular ID.
So that it shows respective form ID.
Alternatively, you may check it using URL.
Under Gravity forms, Entries, in the page URL, replace your Entry ID with id=2 and lid=2
