Issue Description: On
form submission, the following error is received: “Unable
to submit form, try again”.

A pre-validation Lapp runs on submission of the form and checks all the data entered in the form.
Please check if the complete data is filled in the form because it throws this error if there is any issue with the data filled in the form.
