Problem Statement – Customer is facing an issue where the
values of 2 fields are not being fetched from Mavis DB .
Solution –
We see that from the below screenshot , this rule will
work only when both the conditions are satisfied , ie; form on load and
Sourcing channel is DSA .
But in this case , when form is loaded , sourcing channel is
empty due to which the values are blank for DSA Name and DSA Code.
