Scenario: On the ground level a user has performed an activity and add the same is logged against the lead in LeadSquared. However, upon posting the activity, its showing that activity was performed for past date.
Example: “Activity was performed” date was on 11th March 2018, but after posting the activity its showing he activity details in 5th March 2018.
Reason: One can experience this when while posting an activity by mistake if a user’s as selected past date and posts the activity, then activity details gets logged and displays under appropriate date as chosen in the add activity window.
Solution:
Before posting an activity, one has to ensure the correct date and time format and Time zone is selected under Company and user profile in his/her LeadSquared login.
