Spam Leads created with no “names” (RC Connector Accounts)

Issue:
– Spam leads are created containing no valid names as shown below: 

Related issues raised:
– Duplicate leads for the same number.
– RingCentral Connector “broken” 
– Duplicate/Spam activities created for Outbound Messages. 
– Outbound/Inbound message activity poorly/not reflecting on the leads. 

Causes:
– To facilitate mobile users and active sales reps, the Ring Central Texting connector has a feature to create a new lead for every new inbound text/sms thread as shown below: 

Solutions:
– The straightforward solution is to check the box to ignore new leads. 
– Point to be noted:
>As highlighted in the above image, it is a tenant-level setting. Hence, take the respective account administrator’s/CSM’s approval to fulfill the change request. (PFB Screenshot for change to be done)

>Wait till Success message appears.
