Issue: Messages from Converse were not getting delivered from LSQ. We will get the Billing Session Threshold Reached error, and also, this error will not be recorded in WhatsApp reports.
Cause: There are two possible ways to cause this issue.
1. If the converse conversation limit is exceeded.
2. During the billing cycle, the STOP flag has been triggered by mistake from TM to the converse team.
Solution:
1. Kindly increase the converse limit.
2. Kindly reach out to Girisha and Deepak Kumar; they will remove the STOP flag.
