The customer reported that they were unable to find the Export option in the SMS report and raised a concern stating that the export functionality was missing.
Solution #
After verifying the behavior with the development team, it was confirmed that the SMS report does not support an export option. This functionality has never been available as part of the SMS report feature. The observed behavior is expected, and no configuration or permission changes are required.
