Hi Team,
You can encounter an issue where one type of template will be sent properly via SMS and another template in Same account while sending can throw below error i.e “Invalid Credentials“.
First you may get success and queued response as below but it doesn’t mean that message has been sent.
You may check all the creds both Transactional as well as Promotional and both will be correct. Also, the above invalid creds response and activity is not sent by Provider but from our connector itself, so if you check API logs, those hits will be done by our end only and will not be reaching to Vendor’s server.

Reason
Reason for this error was that these SMS were of Promotional type on Providers platform but these were of Transactional Type on LeadSquared platform. In case of these mismatch (Which is different than template mismatch) please check both the template types on LSQ and Vendor and match them. These kind of issues will be resolved.
