Hi Team,
Varthana raised an issue where they have made a Capture Disposition(Personal Loan) activity form and selected the owner to ‘Read Only’ but still the Owner is showing editable in the Activity Form.

Post checking with the Dev team got to know that Make Read only property from the right panel validation will only applicable in edit case of the activity but form is rendered in create case, hence field is editable. This is an expected behavior.
In order to achieve read only, you can add a rule on form load to mark the activity owner as read only.
