Issue description:- While sending mail through test content for a particular HTML template the below highlighted in error is shown and unable to publish the template.
Cause:- This issue happens if the content of the HTML code is more. In the above template client have used around 4 lakh character (Including spaces) in the HTML code due to which while testing the content the page loads and eventually gives the timeout error.
Steps to be taken:- Request the client to remove unwanted spaces and try to modifiy the code to optimize the content. If the client denied to restrict the content you can reach to the below mentioned POC or raise a dev ticket. They can assist you in optimizing the content.
