Enable Opportunity Telephony Mapping

If you want to perform the telephony features on opportunities, please perform the below steps-

1). Enable the setting “Opportunity Telephony Mapping” from the backend.



This can be done from the TM settings.

2). Post this is enabled, enable the advanced configuration “Enable Opportunity – Telephony”


NOTE- You must have either the LeadSquared Generic Telephony Connector, the Ameyo Connector or the Ozonetel v2 Connector installed in your account.
