Issue – 2 automation ran on the same time on Lead, while checking the data, for 1st Automation – it ran according to the workflow setup. For 2nd Automation it ran in UI but name shown on Lead was different, as well assignment of lead was not logged under right owner.
These details were not present in ESS, when tried to check by giving query of retrieving Owner.

In this the Right Corner Red Box has a different name , whereas went checked in V1 it was showing the actual trigger card.
Solution – This can happen on corner cases, where all corresponding workflow matches, and the executes at the same time.
Suggestion from our Engineering Team
Both are big automations, very unlikely scenario where both automations will reach the owner change card at the same time. To avoid such scenarios further please increase or decrease a couple of minutes in the wait card for one of the automations.
