How can we attach PDF in one on one,
Campaign/list & via Automation Send Email Card?
Ans: As per the recent release of Email Configurations below are the needful to
be done to get the feature
> One on One Email – Here the setting in enabled by default.
> Campaign & List – Here a ticket has to be raised with the respective Email Developer POC, they will enable that functionality from back-end for sending PDF attachments
> Automation – Here a ticket has to be
raised with the respective Automation Developer POC, they will enable a setting to be used
in Automation (Send Email Card) for sending PDF attachments
Note:
For bulk emails like campaigns and list only static/generic document from images and documents can be attached
We also have option to select lead specific attachments
for one to one and automation.
