Template for Increasing Daily WhatsApp Messages Limit

Update: This feature is now available in SA, limit can be increased after verifying the limit at provider’s end.

The requests for increasing the daily WhatsApp Messaging limit should be raised as a Dev ticket over Zoho and assigned to Shashank instead of emailing it to Brijendra/Shashank directly. 

Use the below Format for this request:

Keywords:
Organization ID – It’s the account ID of the tenant
WABA Number – It’s the WhatsApp Business Account number configured.
Existing Daily Limit in Connector – Kindly share the screenshot from the vendor Dashboard where the limit can be seen

Requested Daily Limit in Connector – Provide the values to be increased in this request.

Note:
1. Please make sure that limit is increased from the vendor end first and then the request has to be raised from our end.
2. After the limit is increased from our end, please cross-check at the connector level if the updated limit value is reflecting before informing the customer
