Unable to view data in Siera Report

Problem statement: Customer is facing an issue where the data was not visible in the siera report 


RCA: Upon checking, we see that there is a parent account associated with this tenant and there are some bulk delete operations performed in the parent account. So when the bulk operations are done the data sync will be stopped.

Corrective Action: To resolve this, the siera feature should be refreshed from the backend which will be done by the siera team.
