Issue:
The customer was facing an issue where the smart view tabs that are created in marvin UI are not visible when they switch back to old UI.
RCA:
Upon checking we have found out that these tabs are not added through the smart view option in the settings page and they are custom tabs.
Solution:
The custom tabs that are created by users manually are restricted to the UI. If they are created in marvin, the tab will only be visible in marvin and if the tab is created in old UI it will be visible in old UI itself.
The total smart view count will be the total number of tabs including the custom tabs created in all the UI’S and if the count is exceeding the limit, it will throw an error.
