The Automation Failure notification will trigger only those who created the automation and who modified the automation.
Please note all the users who modified the automation will get the automation failure notification (e.g.: if user-a modified the automation yesterday and user-b modified the automation today, both users will get the automation failure notification)
If any user requests this email notification then you can inform the below steps to the user to do it from his/her login.
Here is a step-by-step guide to changing the “Modified By” field to reflect the user name:
1. Access the automation in live edit mode which the automation user needs to get an alert.
2. Re-save any card within the automation and then exit. This action will update the “Modified By” field with user name.
