Please use the below template to log the case and engage the SRE Team for any production issue related to infra and application performance. kindly do not engage or drive any issue on 1-1 chat without sharing the below details.
The issue must be logged to the below recipients. This will create an incident ticket on FreshService for the SRE Team to track and assist.
