Opportunity Duplicate Detection rule is not executed

Issue:  When the client reports that the duplicate detection rule is not working as per the rule configured.

Thank you for contacting Leadsquared Support!

Kindly verify if the opportunity duplicate detection rule is enabled for the respective opportunity type by navigating to Settings >> Opportunity >> Duplicate Detection. A green button appears against the rule on enabling it.
