1. Fetching forms error.
Solution –
Please note that the error “Fetching Forms. Please try again” is shown when the Sync is not completed yet. Please ask the user to follow the below steps to avoid this:
In the LeadSquared mobile app,
Navigate to Settings – Sync.
Once the Sync is completed, the user will be able to create enquiry without issues.
