ISSUE: Lead Source value is getting changed after the second time submission from the form.
For example, please check the below screenshot where when the Lead submitted at the first time from the form it was “SRV BBA”(Source Name) and when the same lead submitted from a different form it was changed to “Application Page”(Source Name) which should not happen by default. If already created lead submits again from any source by default it only should post an update activity and not to change the Source Name.
SOLUTION: Source attribute is passed in the invalid format[ * Case sensitive] i.e.Instead of ‘Source‘ it has been passed as ‘source‘.Please check the below screenshot for your reference.
