Issue: Reports selected for the user profile are not visible in the Mobile App
Explanation:
On the web, we see Admin has selected 6 reports for the sales user profile. But when sales view the report session, only 4 reports are visible.
When we checked, the Admin had selected both Web and Mobile Report while creating the user profile. In the Mobile web, reports were not reflecting.
Solution:
While creating a User Profile in reports for mobile users, select only mobile reports.
Steps:
Reports-> Profile -> Edit
