How to retrieve Automation Name when the SRE team has given PDID in the Surge/Latency Email.
1 – Please Login to the Account
2 – Open Auotmation – Then Automation Reports
3 – Please pass the PDID in the automation URL in this manner.

By this – we can evaluate the Automation Name , as well if there are any performance issue with Automation – we can evaluate.
