Enabling International SMS for account

Problem Statement: 
Users are unable to complete tasks because a validation requires an OTP to be entered, which is sent to the phone number entered in the Phone Number field. However, upon entering the phone number, an error appears: “International SMS is disabled for your account”


Solution:
Raise a Dev ticket to enable International SMS for the account. The Engineering team will provide a query that needs to be executed by the SRE team to allow OTPs to be sent to international numbers or  the Engineering team may directly coordinate with SRE to complete the execution.
