Custom action not visible even though it is added in the connector?

Hi Team,

Recently I’ve came across an issue where custom action added in the custom list action connector was not showing up for the user.





Post checking with the connector team we found out that this might be cached issue.

You can ask the user to use the below URL to force reset the cache

Additional this will help reset the cache and the option will start showing up.

Also you can also check if Lead customization is enabled for the tenant and if the user is applied and of the Lead view where the option is hidden it will still not show up.

You need to thus show/enable the option for the user and ask them to relogin, post login they would be able to see the custom list action
