If the automation trigger card includes a condition where the owner changes from any to any but does not satisfy the condition or does not get triggered at all.

Please be informed that if any owner field (including lead and custom field sets) is updated via any Distribution Card, the automation set to trigger on owner changes from any to any will not activate. This is because such changes are not supported for triggering the automation.
Be advised that this is the expected behaviour of the distribute card in automation and not an issue.
Solution:
If you want to trigger the automation based on owner change, it will only trigger if the same is changed manually or updated via the update card.
