Sometimes the lead access shared via agent popup is not revoked even after the specified time.
This happens when the lead is shared multiple times due to the multiple agent popups triggered at the same time. So a race condition triggers in the backend in a few of these cases due to which although it is visible that the access from a particular agent has been revoked, but it actually hasn’t.
Hence, enable the ‘Disable Agent Popup in Multiple Tabs’ setting in the Advanced Configuration to avoid this situation.
