Email attachments not sent in Automation

When emails with attachments (e.g., PDFs) are sent individually, the attachment is included as expected. However, when emails are sent via automation, the attachment is not sent. To resolve this, the “email attachment” setting needs to be enabled from the backend.

Raise a request to the Automation Team to enable the “email attachment” setting from the backend, which will then be passed to the DevOps team for Cloud Ops approval, and once approved, the feature will be enabled to send attachments with automated emails.
