Problem Statement: Unable to create lead field even though limit was not exhausted
RCA: The tenant was not a large tenant hence it was not able to create lead fields in the ProspectExtension_Base table. After making it to Large tenant, it is able to create lead fields.
Once the prospect_base table exhausts you can’t create any type of field
Prospect_Base = 104 Prospect_ExtensionBase = 98 ( This can be checked by dev team only)
Corrective Action: Enabled ISlarge feature
Resolution Category: Enabled by Engineering/Dev team
