Scenario: #
Earlier, the Bulk Export & Delete option under Data Management and Privacy in Settings, only allowed activities to be exported or deleted in bulk, without distinguishing whether those activities were tied to a specific opportunity type or on leads. This created difficulty when users needed to act only on activities associated with certain opportunities.
Observation: #
The feature has now been enhanced in the latest product update to bring in more flexibility:

Users can select an opportunity type so that only activities linked to that type are considered for export or delete actions.

Recurring requests can be scheduled, which saves time by automating repetitive exports or deletions.

The wording across the interface has been refined for better clarity and usability.
This enhancement is currently available only for the Activities entity, and is still in Beta and may be extended to other entities in future updates.
