    The first Vietnamese cx.
    Success: Pratyush
    They are not yet live or onboarded but are a huge cx.
    You will get tickets in Vietnamese basically regarding login.
    You might get automation tickets slowly starting now.

  • UPES:

    POC: Vijay
    They only report platform slowness issues at which point you have to tell them to pause their progressive dialing automations till slowness is fixed.

  • GetSimpl:

    Success: Italia
    Issue: Slowness
    Currently they only have platform slowness.
    Their longstanding slowness issue has been fixed by DevOps (Gautam).
    They however, still think it is the same slowness and keep reporting even minute ones.
    each out to Gautam directly if they report slowness.

    We have a dummy sales user in their account for checking slowness issues.
    I have specified the credentials to Shruti.

  • Practo:

    KT to be given by Anwar.

  • Kotak:

    They are not yet live and report mostly training issues because the onboarding is not yet complete.
