
Issue:
Registration Link not generated for lead even if their stage is “Registering”.

Alternative Queries:
Katherine/Nicholas often forward the failure email directly. The subject line is “Fwd: Automation – Registration fee link V2 & Update DNC stages – CallLapp11 failure notification“.

Steps to Troubleshoot:
1) Procure the Lead where this failure occurred.
2) Go to the automation report for the lead. [Automation Name: “Registration fee link V2 & Update DNC stages“, Card: “CallLapp11”] Retrieve the Lapp Request ID/Timestamp of the Lapp Trigger.
3) If the failure email was forwarded directly, you may simply procure the Timestamp and skip steps 1 and 2.
Eg: (All necessary data would be present here)
4) The LAPP is called “Fee Registering LAPP“

Solution:
>> Go to the Code Logs of the particular LAPP request and find the highlighted error. You may take the appropriate step of action after reviewing the same.
