# Unable to publish the form – “Custom entity not chosen or form does not contain any custom entity fields.”

**Problem Statement**: While publishing the form, the following error was displayed:
**“Custom entity not chosen or form does not contain any custom entity fields.”

**RCA:**For tenants where Service Cloud is enabled, the **Ticket entity** must be included while creating the form.
**Steps:**
While creating the form, navigate to the gear (settings) icon.
