# Mobile cloud calling not working for knowlarity.

Hi Team,
Here the issue is they are getting the below error while placing a Mobile cloud calling.

**Even the API Testing has come as successfull.**

Once we have mapped the Knumber with @{User:mx_Custom_2,} the calls are getting placed successfully.

**Note: **Please ask all the users to check their properties if the " Custom 2 " field has a valid number or not before placing a call from their account.As we can see the calls are getting placed successfully and the outbound call activity also got posted successfully.
