# Mobile Agent Pop-Up not coming – Issues

Hi Team,

**Issue - Recently came across a issue where on the mobile application, the agent pop-up was showing this error while call was initiated.**

**Solution -

1 - Please do mandatory checks for API in Mobile Cloud Calling Connector, do a basic check.
2 - Please check if the User Associated Phone Number is added or not in the user profile. **
These 2 checks can be performed to debug the issue and give a solution.
