Here are few reasons why the user may be unable to login to the mobile app-
- The email id of this new user does not exist in the LSQ account. This has to be created for him in that case.
- The password is incorrect. You could ask the user to reset the password OR it can be reset under Users and Permissions via admin access.
- If the error message shows a temporary failure, you could suggest killing the app and retrying. You may also suggest to reinstall the app.
