Mobile Application Repeatedly Getting Locked

Scenario:  Users were repeatedly receiving notifications on the mobile application indicating that the app was locked. As a result, they were required to unlock the application each time by entering their mobile device PIN.




RCA:  One of the mobile application settings was enabled “Enforce Secure Lock” , which was causing this. As this is not an issue, but the expected behavior. 






Solution: As this is not an issue, but the expected behavior. We can suggest them to use the disable settings if required.
