Email Limit/Credit Issue

Issue– Customer notified that our LSQ email limits are 100% utilized, however, we they have not send email campaigns.

Please follow the steps below to investigate the email credit utilization issue:

  1. Check the email credits from the billing team and verify the usage percentage with Customer.

  2. Reach out to the email expert, providing the time period and account ID for verification.

  3. If the email expert confirms that usage is lower than the available email credits but the 100% utilization error still appears, log a Dev case and check with Manvi.

  4. If the email expert provides the correct utilization percentage and count, share the details with the customer.
