recently we have released a feature to enhance the call status mapping This feature will help to map additional Provider status codes with internal LSQ status code.
So, they can map a custom provider status code to our internal LSQ status code based on their requirement. Example: They can map to ‘Not Answered’ or any other LSQ status codes which are currently there hence the logs won’t fail with a custom status
