Not Able to establish the connection between the RingCentral and LeadSquared.

Issue: When the user is trying to set the RC connector and when they are trying to log in, they are getting an error like “Insufficient User permission please contact support” .


Observation: User is a supper admin and he is having Admin access to the RC Platform the above error is coming from the RC API response.

Resolution: Please ask the user to check all their RC account permission if any thing is restricted then it will not allow him to login from other application.



In the Above screenshot  On Demand call record setting was not enabled within RC account.
