The dedup logic would not work for static values until the “ShouldSkipStaticSubRuleForDedup” is enabled by the DevOps Team for the older accounts.

Dedup logic is configured with static values in the account and not mail merge values. PFB the screenshot:
When we are going against the lead and adding ‘Credit Opportunity’ with the status as ‘Won’, the following error is being thrown:
Although this does not fulfill the dedup logic.
Hence, we should get the “ShouldSkipStaticSubRuleForDedup” enabled by the DevOps Team in such cases to avoid this error.
