There is a case with me where the razorpay activities are getting updated again and again instead of creating a new activity.
Below is the way how you can sort this case.
Here the case is there are few Razorpay activities created on 10th October 11:46 AM.

But here on 12th october on 4:53 PM they have sent the logs with the same activity ID.
Hence, the data which is present for the activity which was posted on 10th october 11:46 AM got updated instead of creating a new activity.
ex : for the field named ” Amount ( Paisa ) ” from 200 to 100.

But the activity modified log was not present in the activity history because the ” Log activity changes ” option was not enabled for this activity.
Even if we check mark the above option still the issue will be there.
There are 2 ways you can avoid updating the ‘ Razorpay payment ‘ activity as your use case is to create a new activity every time.
1. Please ask the Razorpay team to push the new activity IDs every time they push us the logs for the ” Razorpay notification ” connector.
2. In the ” Razorpay notification ” connector configuration for the activity entity you can select the ” Create only new records ” option.
