Problem statement: Lapp not triggered through form or automation
This can happen if a different environment or different version of Lapp is used in the forms or Automation
- Lapp has two environments, viz. (Live and Test)
- Make sure to check which version is deployed in form or automation. The same version should be checked in Lapp
