# Lapp not triggered​

Hello,

Thank you for contacting LeadSquared Support

Problem statement: Lapp not triggered through form or automation
This can happen if a different environment or different version of Lapp is used in the forms or Automation

1. Lapp has two environments, viz. (Live and Test) 
2. Make sure to check which version is deployed in form or automation. The same version should be checked in Lapp
